I’m writing to introduce myself.  My name is HTC Bud Bessey, USN (Ret.) and I’m founder and Past President of W. J. Bessey (QMC USN, Ret.) FRA Branch 328, which is named after my Dad. 

I am also the Branch 328 Ship’s Store keeper at various FRA National, Regional and Mid-Year Conventions and information about the Ship’s Store is available on our web site www.frabranch328.com and I’ve met many Shipmates and Ladies during my travels.

We specialize in Fleet Reserve Association items, make custom personalized embroidered FRA & LA FRA items including official FRA & LA-FRA caps and patches, ball caps, shirts, neck ties, jackets, vests, etc.  We’re pleased to serve as the supplier of the Official FRA Patch to National Headquarters. We sell items at wholesale prices exclusively to FRA & LAFRA Branches & Units for their fund raising activities.

Please understand that it’s not our intent to compete with any Branch or Unit that sells FRA related items. We wish to assist by providing items at wholesale if Branches or Units need FRA specialty items to sell. 

We will also process individual orders, with 10% of the gross sale donated to that shipmate or ladies home Branch or Unit.  There are no minimum orders and this program eliminates a Branch or Unit having to deal with various vendors who may not offer quality products and eliminate the need for them to stock items that can sit on the shelf for years… 

If your Branch or Unit has overstocked FRA or LA FRA items that do not have a Branch or Unit Name or Number on them that have been sitting on a shelf for years and you would like to get rid of them please contact me. 

If at any time a member is not satisfied with our products just let us know and you will receive a 100% refund. No questions asked.
